We may ask for further contact information such as site/property address when you hire us so that we can do business.

Occasionally, we might receive your contact information from one of our partners. If we do, we will protect it in exactly the same way as if you gave it to us directly.

When you contact us by email or through our website, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, and the company you work for, if you've chosen to provide that information.
If you do business with us, we will also collect your postal address and business name if relevant and keep records of the invoices and the payments you make.
If you provide us with a service we will need your bank details to pay you.

When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your your information in my our business email cloud account (We use Google).

Disclosures of your personal data

I may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

  • Deliveries from building material / tile suppliers
  • Specialist designers - underfloor heating suppliers
  • Government bodies that require me to report processing activities.
  • Third parties to whom I partner with do to business, such hired labour.

We will always ask for your permission before sharing your details with third parties, unless forced by law.

When it's necessary to store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it.
